원장님 아래에 오라퀵에 관한 질문 올린 사람인데요 수정이 안되서 추가로 죄송하지만 질문드리고 싶습니다..

This means that one false negative result would be expected out of every 12 test results in HIV infected individuals. 이러한 말이 있던데 그렇다면 오라퀵 홈 테스트는 민감도가 92프로고 12번중 1번꼴로 위음성이 생긴다고 하던데 민감도가 92프로라면 오라퀵은 그냥 의미가 없는 수준 아닌가요?

When should I take a test for HIV?

If you actively engage in behavior that puts you at risk for HIV infection, or your partner engages in such behavior, then you should consider testing on a regular basis. It can take some time for the immune system to produce enough antibodies for the test to detect, and this time period can vary from person to person. This timeframe is commonly referred to as the “window period,” when a person is infected with HIV but antibodies to the virus can not be detected, however, the person may be able to infect others. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, although it can take up to 6 months to develop antibodies for HIV, most people (97%) will develop detectable antibodies in the first 3 months following the time of their infection.

이 부분을 보니 대부분의 사람들은 항체를 3개월안에 생성한다고 하는데 그게 97프로고 3프로정도는 6개월이 걸려서 항체가 생성된다는데 그렇다면 HIV 음성 확진기준은 6개월이어야하는데 왜 일부 유럽국가나 한국보건당국은 항원항체 6주 일반항체 12주면 음성확진이라고 그러는걸까요? 이런글을 발견하니 너무 혼란스럽습니다...


3. 나 정말 에이즈 안걸린거라는걸 확실하게 알려면 노출 후 6개월 후에 피검사를 해야만 알수있는건가요? 3퍼센트의 사람들은 6개월이라면..적은 수치도 아닌데말이죠ㅠㅠ

1. 오라퀵 제품 중에 집에서 자가로 검사하는 것이 92%이고, 우리나라에는 수입되지 않은 것으로 알고 있습니다. 국내에서 유통되는 제품은 오라퀵 어드밴스이고 예민도가 99.3~99.6% 이구요.

2. 아마도 예민도가 떨어지는 1세대나 2세대 항체검사 등을 망라해서 좀 과거의 기준을 얘기하고 있는 것 아닌 가 싶네요.

3. 6주에 항원항체검사나, 12주에 3세대 기반의 항체검사를 받으시고, 그결과가 음성이면 감염되지 않은 것이 확실하다고 알고 계시면 될 듯 합니다.
